We want you to be happy with your CXY. order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
